​Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Advanced bookings you will be charged a non-refundable deposit.
• Should you need to cancel the booking then you will lose your deposit.
• Customers who waived the deposit in favour of an invoice must settle the invoice 7 days before arrival.
• Should you need to move your booking then it is at the sole discretion of the management as to whether they will allow this.  In the event that this is not possible then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose your deposit.
• If your booking is delayed, cancelled or altered for reasons beyond our control; such as a government ordered lockdown or road closure, you'll have the option to either choose an alternative date or receive a credit note for the amount already paid.
• You can amend your booking (change date) with at least 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel you'll receive at credit note for the amount already paid.

​General Terms and Conditions

LASER QUEST

• All players participate at their own risk.
• Game sessions may be delayed.
• Players must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first game time. Late arrivals may miss their games, in which case no refund will be given.
• General public games are open to players of all ages (6+) and abilities.
• Standard game sessions are 20 minutes long and include kit up and kit down time.
• Playing time is approximately 15 mins but may vary depending on the time taken to kit up players.
• Pre-booked games are not secured unless the appropriate deposit has been received at time of booking.
• All bookings are subject to a number reduction policy. Final numbers must be confirmed 72 hours before arrival.
• The minimum age to participate in game sessions is 6 years. Children aged 6 years and above must be able to wear the equipment in a safe manner; those under 1.1 meters tall must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child)
• One responsible adult for every 8 children must accompany children under 12 to the premises.
• Asthmatics and epileptics must advise a member of staff prior to their game. Asthmatics must bring their inhaler.
• All players must obey house rules:
• No running or walking faster than a speed allowing you to stop in your visible distance.
• No physical contact, with either other players or arena scenery.
• No climbing, sitting or lying down.
• No swearing, inappropriate language or comments.
• Maximum number of laser packs is subject to change. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the maximum number of working packs there may be occasions where this is not possible.
• Consumption of alcohol, smoking and chewing gum are not permitted.
• Anyone who seems ‘unfit’ to play even if they have prebooked will be unable to play without recompense. (Duty Manager’s discretion).
• All players are issued with a button cell tag. Lost cells will be charged at £10 each.
• Right of admission reserved.

CLUE HQ

• Ensure you arrive on time for your booking. Late comers will have their game shortened or cancelled without refund.
• Don’t have any alcohol before arriving to play, or you will be refused entry.
• Those under 16 require an adult player over the age of 18 as part of their group.
• By booking with us, you agree to all terms and conditions related to your booking. A booking with us is like a theatre ticket, which means we cannot accept cancellations, transfers or refunds once you’ve booked.
