We have taken appropriate steps to ensure the continued safety of our guests and employees. Key points to help you plan your adventure are outline below:

• Pre-booked Games – We request that all Laser Quest games are pre-booked before arrival.
• Reduced Capacity – Fewer players equals more space.
• Enhanced Cleaning – Laser Tag blasters are sanitized between each use. Continuous venue cleaning; with extra attention to toilet facilities, handrails, tables, chairs and arcades machines etc.
• Sanitization Stations – Wash your hands; please use our hand gel stations located throughout the venue before and after each game session.
• Staff PPE and Temperature Checks – You’ll see our team members wearing face shields. Team members will be regularly checking their body temperate throughout the day.
• Social Distancing  - Information signs, floor markers and group only zones to help maintain good social distancing habits.
• Showing Symptoms – If anyone in your group is showing symptoms please stay at home, call us and we’ll happy reschedule your booking for a future date.
• Package Enhancements – We’ve made some sensible changes to our packages as an extra precaution, buffet meals have been temperately replaced with individual meals, and we kindly request that you leave birthday cakes at home. Some packages may be unavailable at this time.
• Rule of Six -  Groups of seven or more people must split into smaller, social distanced, individual gatherings inline in with government restrictions. Unless they are part of a larger household or support bubble. Individual gatherings must not ‘mingle’.
