Looking for a really great and unique meeting venue? Laserquest in Swindon could be just the choice for you! We have a selection of room & size configurations to suit your needs, add to that the equipment you need, and we can cater food for your party if desired. Oh and dont forget you can play Laserquest too if the mood takes you.
Meeting Room: We have two meeting room spaces which can cater for groups of around 20 people. Clean and inviting with quality furniture. Meeting Room hire alone starts from a very competitive £40 per hour (regardless of delegate numbers).
Large Function Room: Need a bigger space? We can fold back the dividing partition between the two meeting rooms to create a larger space capable of seating 40 people in comfort. Function Room hire alone starts from a very competitive £60 per hour (regardless of delegate numbers).
Delegate Note Pack: A5 Black n' Red Wirebound Polypropylene Notebook with high quality 90gms perforated pages, strong durable hardback books for keeping a permanent record of notes and meetings, all books are feint ruled for easy reading. Notebook plus Pen & Pencil for £6.50 per pack.
Projector: Want to project your presentation for greater impact, we can hire you a projector for your PC or Laptop from £85 for half day, and £150 for full day usage.
Overhead Projector: Overhead Projectors from £35 for half day, and £50 for full day usage.
VHS & DVD Player: Should you need to display content from VHS tape or DVD, we can supply a player for £25 for half day and £40 for full day.
Flipchart: A1 Flipcharts are available complete with initial pad for £20 for the day. Should you desire additional pads they are available at £7.50 each.
Computers: PC's (outside the meeting rooms) can be hired from £2.00 an hour for general business use or £9.95 for all day. For gaming use prices start from £3.45 an hour or £14.95 for all day.
Printing: A4 Colour laser printing available, B&W per page £0.10, Colour per page £0.50.
Networking: Password Secured Wireless hub, £25 for the day. Internet connection for the hub £50 for the day.
