Birthday Party Satisfaction Guarantee
Here at Laserquest Swindon we are continually striving to perfect the service we provide to you our customers. We believe that we can guarantee your satisfaction and if we should fail to meet your expectations we will endeavour to correct the mistake and if we cannot then we will refund you your money.
If we have underperformed in your estimation, please let us know as we would very much like to put it right both for you, and for the future. We would ask that you fill out a simple questionnaire to help us understand how and where we can improve.
On the other hand if we have done a good job of handling your party then we would hope that you would like to recommend our high quality of service to your friends and family by means of a referral.
1. We will ask you to complete a Guarantee Questionnaire, to allow us better to understand how we have failed to meet your expectations, and what practicable improvements you feel we could make to correct the underperformance in the future.
2. At our discretion and with mutual agreement we may offer a free party session to make good any failures that represent breaches of our regular party procedures.
3. If we are unable to make good then we will refund the purchase cost of the party at Laserquest Swindon. Additional costs such as arranging the party or transport to Laserquest Swindon are not covered by this guarantee.
4. Complaints about persons being removed from games for breaking the safety rules are not applicable for guarantee claims.
6. In situations of force majeure where underperformance of your expectations or cancellation of parties are outside of our control we maintain the right to withdraw the guarantee.
7. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
